The client expanded and merged three distinct offices into a single, unified global headquarters in Houston. Despite facing a tight timeline, the client prioritized the development of a tailored space that encourages employee interaction, fosters collaboration, and ensures privacy for team members.

We co-designed optimal private office setups that maximized the floor plan and promoted employee health and wellness, with sustainability in mind.
To achieve this, we tailored the Minim Private Office Collection with an L-shaped height adjustable desk to give more space on the desktop. To maximize storage, we used a Totem rolling pedestal, as well as a row of lateral files.

800+ customized private office setups. Two different layouts, each consisting of:
- L-shaped height-adjustable desk with integrated power.
- Minim Storage Lateral File, 3-High with cushioned surface.
- Totem rolling pedestal, customized to contribute towards the WELL® standard.
- Floating wall-mounted display shelf integrated into 3rd party wall system.
- Small breakout table.
